The Upside:
- Naturally wrinkle-resistant and will not shrink.
- Very durable, colour fast and light weight.
- Polyester scrubs will dry faster, wicking moisture away from your skin.
- Very low linting.
100% Cotton Scrubs
The downside:
- Cotton shrinks.
- Less durable.
- Cotton is very absorbent and when wet, creates pathways for bacteria and possible infectious agents.
- Cotton fluffs which is not ideal for any operating theatre environment.
